Conventional extruders stress the polymer. Our unique 10:1 L/D dual-diameter screw does the opposite. By melting the material rapidly and gently, S.S.T. minimizes residence time and shear heat. The result? A recycled pellet with superior optical and mechanical properties, virtually indistinguishable from virgin resin.
Slow-speed shredding intelligence
We redesigned the size reduction process. Our high-torque, low-RPM shredder fractures tough waste without generating excess heat or fines. Crucially, it requires zero water cooling on the rotor, eliminating the corrosion and maintenance leaks that plague competitor systems while delivering a consistent, dust-free feed.
