Recycling solutions by application: turn production scrap into profit
Every manufacturing process generates waste, but not all waste is created equal. From lightweight edge trims to heavy purging lumps, Plasmac provides specialized reprocessing solutions tailored to your specific industry sector. We help you close the loop internally, transforming your post-industrial scrap back into high-quality granules ready for immediate re-extrusion.

Defective reels & start-up scrap
Transform off-spec rolls and loose film scrap into premium pellets. Our systems handle printed, multilayer, and packaging films directly from the reel. Utilizing our specialized Roll Feed technology, we eliminate the need for pre-shredding, processing full reels automatically.

Blown film edge trim
The most efficient way to handle production waste. Our systems are designed for in-line recycling of edge trims from PE blown film, MDO lines, and agricultural film. Capture trims directly from the winder and return them to the extruder hopper without manual handling.

Blow moulding scrap
Recover valuable material from HDPE bottles, PP containers, and production flash (tops and tails). Our heavy-duty shredder-extruder combinations (Omega series) can process bulky hollow parts and thick flash, reducing volume and repelletizing in a single pass.

Injection moulding
From automotive parts and crates to caps and skeletons. Injection moulding scrap is often dense and hard. Our systems are engineered with hardened components to efficiently process rigid plastics (ABS, PS, PC, PP), converting rejects and runners into uniform, dust-free granules.

Woven & textile
High-strength materials require high-torque processing. We offer specialized solutions for raffia bags, big bags (FIBC), non-woven fabrics, and PP shopping bags. Our Short Screw Technology ensures that these tough materials are melted gently without degrading their tensile strength.

Pipe & profile extrusion
Processable materials
Our technology is compatible with a wide spectrum of thermoplastics. We customize the screw geometry and filtration to suit the specific Melt Flow Index (MFI) and contamination levels of your material.
Why reprocess in-house?
Sending scrap away for recycling cuts into your margins. Bringing the process in-house with Plasmac offers three critical advantages:
Cost reduction
Eliminate logistics costs and the price premium of buying virgin resin. Your scrap is a free resource already on your factory floor.
Quality control
When you recycle your own waste, you know exactly what is in it. No risk of cross-contamination from external sources, ensuring your final product maintains its technical specifications.
Circular economy
Demonstrate concrete sustainability to your clients. Zero-waste production is no longer just an option; it is a competitive requirement in the modern plastic industry.
Complex waste stream?
If your application involves mixed materials, printing, or specific barrier layers, standard solutions may not be applicable. Our Tech Center is available to run trials on your specific material.
