Water-cooled pelletizer
A fully comprehensive water-cooled strand pelletizing machine alternative (water ring type) for high-performance cooling. Available in HC100 (up to 100 kg/h), HC200 (up to 200 kg/h), and HC400 (up to 400 kg/h) configurations.

Integrated water management
The system comes fully equipped with a stainless steel water tank, water chute, filtration system, and circulation pumps. Crucially, it includes a heat exchanger to maintain consistent process water temperature, ensuring stable pellet cooling regardless of ambient conditions.

Drying & discharge

Air-Cooled Die Face Cutter
Ideal for recyclers processing LDPE, LLDPE, or HDPE who wish to eliminate water utility costs.
